Fixed-fee execution against the agreed scope. Weekly written status. Defined hand-off at the end.
Pricing
Fixed fee, scoped after discovery. No hourly billing, no surprises on the invoice.
Locally admitted advice
Where the project requires it, we instruct vetted specialists from a curated network and manage the relationship on your behalf.

Each engagement is scoped in a paid discovery phase, then delivered at a fixed fee against defined deliverables. You know what you're getting, and what it costs, before the work starts.
